    Characteristics of Cyclone Foam Desulfurization Dust Collector
    1. The equipment height is exclusive of that of circulating water pool.
    2. For 0.5t/h-75t/h boiler, the coal consumed is 80kg-120kgx tonnage x10.3m, which is equal to flue gas quantity. The price for steam/ton is calculated based on 12,000-20,000.
    3. For flue gas water intake film gas water tower, its tower body is made of stainless and carbon steel and internal component is stainless steel. The flue gas may enter bag-type or cyclone dust collectors and then decontamination plant for harmful gas purification.
    4. Different constituents of cleansers are prepared based on measured flue gas composition.
    5. For fume cleaning device below 75t/h, the material may be stainless steel or carbon steel with corrosion resistance and abrasion proof treatment.
    6. The installation foundation of this device shall resist an earthquake of magnitude 6.
    7. The collection efficiency of this device is at least 99%, and cleaning efficiency above 85%.
    8. The device structure for different harmful flue gas is generally same. The positive absorbent shall be used to remove fine particle dust under 10mm.
