      Wood flour making machine is also known as timber crusher (or called standard wood flour making machine). Wood flour making machine is a kind of new type superfine wood flour equipment, which is recently developed with the domestic and foreign high-tech advanced technology.       Ⅲ Method to Adjust Fineness of Wood Flour Making Machine
      1. The wood flour making machine is equipped with a fineness tester. Unfastening the blots on the tester, move it up, the fineness rises, and move it down, the fineness lowers. Production may start until the desirable fineness is achieved and the bolt fastened.
      2. The machine has an air regulator to adjust the air. Large air begets lower fineness, and low air begets high fineness. Continuous production can be performed until the desirable fineness is achieved.
      Fineness: randomly adjustable within 40-500 mesh. The output and fineness vary with the different density of materials. The motor equipped with the mainframe depends on the materials and output.
      Ⅳ Installation Instructions
      1. The machine shall be placed on the concrete foundation prepared in advance. After the horizon of the machine is calibrated, concrete shall be poured into the preformed holes of anchor bolts, which will be fastened after the concrete solidifies.
      2. After installed, the machine shall be equipped with electric protection equipment. After wiring by electricians, all the power shall be controlled by electric control cabinet.
