Based on the original circuit board recycling equipment, the computer program-controlled circuit board recycling equipment improves and upgrades the recovery process by physical methods. The devices such as crusher and high voltage electrostatic separator are more original and perfect. The process lines for resource recycling are more reasonable. Besides, the productive capacity is large and the power consumption is less. One-time charge is completed by many machines. The whole set of the production line is under the control of computer program-controlled system. Electronic computer technology is used to control the whole set of production line by the programs that have been programmed in advance. Computer program-controlled system is much more compact than the conventional ones, featured with larger capacity, strong flexibility, diversifying functions and convenient operation and so on.

        Computer program-controlled circuit board recycling equipment conducts recovery processing by mechanical pulverization for scraps and used electronic products such as various waste printed circuit board, computer boards, PCB boards, FPC boards, scraps of circuit board, aluminum-plastic panels, waste TV boards, and circuit boards of waste and used household electrical appliances and circuit boards. After reasonable improvement for crushing, pulverizing and separating systems of original circuit board recycling equipment, it will be compatible with circuit board containing electronic components so that it is unnecessary to remove electronic components. It can directly perform crushing and breaking process for circuit boards with electronic components with higher recovery rate of metals, the recovery purity of metals is as high as 98.5%. This is a domestic initiation.
      Computer program-controlled circuit board recycling equipment adopts a process route that makes raw materials such as printed circuit boards to be a mixture of metal and resin fiber powder by dry crushing and pulverization and then separates the metals from the non-metal materials such as resin by high voltage electrostatic separator. To avoid dust pollution in the process, the equipment also uses the three-in-one dust removal equipment independently developed by the company (three-in-one duct catcher). This dust removal equipment has three-stage dust removal: cyclone dust removal, bag dust removal and dust removal by air cleaner. All of these effectively solve the problem of dust pollution with every index up to the national standard.
